What happens when a strong gust of wind blows little Stardragon off his cloud?

Little Stardragon has fallen asleep on a nice, soft cloud. A strong gust of wind comes by and blows Stardragon off his cloud. Since he is too young to fly, Stardragon falls through the air and lands in a pile of snow.

Poor little Stardragon. Not only has he fallen from his home amongst the clouds, he has also dropped all his sparkly dragon stones.

Just then a little boy, Billy, comes along and offers to help Stardragon pick up all the dragon stones. Together, they find all the sparkly stones and put them back into Stardragon’s bag.

Momma and Papa Dragon fly down and thank Billy for his help. They ask Billy how they might repay him for his kindness.

There is only one thing Billy wants: to see where Stardragon lives.

Stardragon by Andrew Breakspeare (Dutton Children’s Books) is a beautiful bedtime story for children. The illustrations are both soothing and enchanting, making Stardragon the perfect gift for tireless children.
